Voter Vault Forms-Email Executive Director Geri
(landon@mc.net) will email you
the Voter Vault Application. Print, fill out the form, sign
and mail back to Executive Director Geri Davis at PO Box 723, McHenry, IL 60051.
Geri will forward your request, signed by the County Chairman, to Voter
Vault. You will receive your User ID and Password via email. It
usually takes about 10 days to process a Voter Vault Application.
